We are seeking an Administrative/Training Technician for an available temporary opportunity for a client facility located in Washington DC, 20005.

Available Position: Administrative/Training Technician – minimum two years of experience required

Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, Mon – Fri, Between 7:00 am to 5:00 pm

This is a temp position.
 

Job Duties
 
·         Assists in the research, administrative, and technical support to the agency.
·         Coordinate and manage space/room for course and forum sessions for the agency.
·         Provide and set up materials for training courses, workshops, and meetings.
·         Maintain work areas in a clean and orderly manner on a daily basis.
·         Arrange team/client meetings, focus groups, design/development sessions and contractor meetings
·         Arrange and recommend appropriate audio visual for training courses, workshops, and meetings.
·         Provide IT support for Employee Relations, and Negotiations logistics.
·         Respond to requests and inquiries from the general public in person and over the telephone.
·         Maintain and manage records, prepare reports, and compose correspondences on a monthly and quarterly basis.
·         Microsoft Office, Smart Board technology, projectors, scanners, copy machines and fax machines skills required
·         Provide internal and external customer service.

Qualifications:
Associate Degree with 5 years of experience, or a Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of experience.
