We are seeking Behavioral Science Psychologist Consultants and a Program Manager for an available contract opportunity in support of the Office of Counter Intelligence (OCI) and the Personnel Security Division (SEC-3) National Security Clearance process though the Behavioral Science Program.

Available Positions:
  1. Senior Behavioral Science Psychologist Consultant - One (1) FTE Psychologist senior 40 hours a week.
  2. Mid-Level Behavioral Science Psychologist Consultant - Two (2) FTE mid-level Psychologists 40 hours a week.
  3. On-Site Program Manager

Place of Performance: 
  1. Senior Behavioral Science Psychologist Consultant - Arlington, VA
  2. Mid-Level Behavioral Science Psychologist Consultant - one at Reston VA and one at Ft. Meade, MD

Work Schedule:  8 1/2 hours per day, Monday to Friday, during normal business hours, with 30 minutes unpaid lunch break.
 
Contract Duration: From 9/29/2017 to 9/28/2021.

Description of Services (includes but it is not limited to): 
Senior Behavioral Science Psychologist Consultant - One (1) FTE senior 40 hours a week.
Provide behavioral science consultation support to deliver unique, pro-active and multi-discipline CI capabilities against high-priority targets in order to detect, identify and disrupt threats from foreign intelligence services, terrorists and other entities targeting DoD. Additionally, approximately 10 OCONUS trips.

Mid Behavioral Science Psychologist Consultants - Two (2) FTE mid-level Psychologists 40 hours a week.
In one office within the DIA Directorate for Mission Services, Office of Security, Personnel Security Division, to provide behavioral science consultation support to national security clearance processing, special access program and operations security.

For each of the positions above, routine duties shall include but are to limited to:
  • Case file and review
  • Review of unclassified and classified materials
  • attendance at Source Meetings 
  • Attendance at asset review board meetings
  •  Consultations, direct and indirect psychological assessment of information
  • Prepare reports and coordinate special projects
The on-site program manager is responsible for the overall performance of the project.
As directed by the COR, the on-site managers may assign contractor personnel behavioral analysis and consultations, as described above, at their respective sites, and interface with contractor personnel on the technical aspects and completion of these tasks.
 
QUALIFICATIONS
Prior relevant experience within the Intelligence Community and/or Department of Defense.
Psychologists shall hold an active State License.
